Create a bootable usb drive for window sfrom mac

I'm running Win 10 + KALI linux this way and it is working perfectly. Any suggestions? I think the problem is with GRUB, we need to put it at the partition with Android itself, not to the Windows boot partition.

It is not problem when using included GRUB, but I can't make it running with Windows boot menu.
